Tried and tested this classic Burkert Type 2000 Gunmetal Angle Seat Valve for Steam and Gas has been use for rugged industrial applications for over 20 years. It can be found in steam plants, hospitals and laundries worldwide.

This piston valve is offered in Gunmetal (for Stainless steel see SS2000) and is designed specifically for use on steam up to 180°C (for liquids see GL2000). The construction of the body makes it possible for extremely high flow rates, giving long life, patented chevron packing gland seals, coupled with extreme high reliability, particularly in comparison to other Pneumatic globe valves.

Available in sizes G3/8 to G2 1/2. Normally Closed (normally open on request) fail safe function, offering a maintenance free robust valve that can be retrofitted with a comprehensive range of accessories for position indication, stroke limitation, and manual override. Easy to operate and can be piloted in conjunction with our BP6012 banjo pilot solenoid valve or manifold multi valve type BM6014.

Suitable for Steam, gases and compressed air, not suitable for liquids.
