A 3/2 or 5/2 pneumatic roller valve with 1/8" connections. This lever roller mechanical valve is generally used to detect linear or rotary movement such as a door or window openining / closing, or to sense mechanically the moving parts within machine automation.

The principle of the mechanical valve shown is based on a spool which moves inside seals that are fixed in the valve body. As the valve is operated the spool moves and opens and closes air passeges. This valve is easy to maintain and assemble, it is compact in size and can be operated in many ways. The body is manufactured in robust aluminium and seals are all in NBR rubber. Suitable for use with compressed air with or without lubrication.

These valves have an average life of 15 million cycles depending on the application and air quality, filtered and lubricated air using specified lubricants will dramatically reduce the wear of the seals and ensures long and trouble free operation. Please ensure that the valve is being used according with the manufacturers specification, such as air pressure and temperature and that exhaust ports are protected against the possible ingress of dirt or debris.
